14x40 feet of space built especially for our child care as an extension from our house.
Open Weekdays 6am - 6pm.
We have been in business for about 9 years.
We accept alll gov't programs.
We are only currently accepting 0-5 year old children
What we do
We always provide nutritional meals as we are registered through Easternest Food Program for Children. Some physical activity we provide is simply dancing! As I am an avid ballroom dancer! We provide transportation back to our child care center from the school nearby.We have a very convenient Drop off and Pick up area for the "On the Go" parents Homework help for those who go to schoolI have hired a child care helper/assistant throughout the day and she is wonderful! I bought "Reading on Hooked On Phonics" to develop the childrens' reading skillsMy two daughters teach the children sign language for fun sometimes My family is fluent in Tagalog (Filippino Language) as well (article: Numerous Benefits on exposure to different languages)

Extracurricular Activities
To the parents
We're always willing to provide parents with the choice of enrolling their children in activities not provided in the family child care.
Right now, parents have enlisted their children to piano lessons, while we provide the transportation from school to piano lessons, and then back to our child care.
In the summer, children in our child care usually would enroll in swimming lessons from the local park. Again, we provide the transportation.
I know how hectic Tax season could be, so I'm doing this on my own accord. Near tax season, I provide parents their individualized records of their payments and any records that may be important to them in a microsoft excel sheet printed out just for them so there is no confusion.

A: With an agreed upon arrangement, yes I am. Sometimes I have parents that need to pick up their children at a later time or I have parents who need to drop off their child earlier than 6am or they also need child care during weekends and holidays.

Q: What is the difference between a home based child care versus a child care center?
A: Home-based child care is care provided by a contract individual hired by a licensed agency in their own homes. Center-based care is care provided by larger facilities that care for more children compared to a home based child care. Centers may operate in various locations including schools and churches.

Q: What are the benefits of a home based child care?
A: "Home based childcare enables children to be cared for in a similar setting to their own home. The child to adult ratio is lower than that of a child care center and as such, has a benefit of more one on one attention and quality time. This enables the child to build up trust and security with their "child care mom", while they are away from their parents and individual needs can be better catered for.
Home based childcare can also be more flexible and children can enjoy real life learning experiences, like cooking, shopping, outings and mealtimes. Children will also be able to mix with other children of different ages from other families, increasing their social skills and understanding of the wider world around them. Children will also have the opportunities to make some of their own decisions, which will enhance their confidence and self esteem.
